Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid cohort seats and packaged programs purchased directly from Webappflex. Complimentary seats and partner-funded seats follow the partner agreement instead.

Timeframe

Full refund requests must arrive in writing at least 14 days before the cohort start date listed on your confirmation. Requests inside 14 days are considered for partial credit only.

Full and partial refunds

Cancellations 14+ days prior: 100% of tuition excluding non-refundable processing fees disclosed at purchase. Cancellations within 14 days: up to 50% credit toward a future cohort within 12 months, unless a medical or legal exception is documented.

Non-refundable items

Third-party exam vouchers, printed kits already shipped, and custom Desk Shadow facilitation days already delivered are non-refundable. Self-paced Signal Seat access becomes non-refundable once materials are unlocked.

Process

Email contact@webappflex.digital with your full name, program name, purchase date, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and issue a decision within ten business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds return via the original payment method within 15 business days of approval. Bank timelines may add several days.

Cancellation by Webappflex

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra tuition.

Exceptions

We may grant additional goodwill credits for documented emergencies. Abuse of the policy (chargebacks without contact, material redistribution) may void future enrollment privileges.
